Jay Kim is an experienced litigator who is peer-review rated “AV” by the  Martindale-Hubbell law directory, its highest rating.

Mr. Kim has handled many cases involving shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, franchise disputes, commercial leasing matters, non-competition agreements, trade secret litigation, and commercial torts.

Not content just to litigate cases for the sake of litigation, Mr. Kim takes great pride in being a problem solver. In his approach to cases, Mr. Kim strives to isolate the problem, identify the client’s specific goals, and incorporate those goals into the objectives of the litigation.
